Juntos, podemos reconstruir um país onde os servidores públicos sejam verdadeiros agentes de mudança. Diante de realidades cada vez mais complexas, não basta seguirmos os mesmos caminhos de sempre. É preciso inovar. Isso inclui novas formas de colaboração, experimentação e uma melhor compreensão das diferenças presentes em nossos territórios.
A prática inovadora no serviço público, com uma visão transversal, é capaz de transformar realidades. Por isso, em 2023, oferecemos este convite: reconectar para reconstruir. Uma nova conexão que nos permita compreender as diferenças, compartilhar ideias e aprender novas tecnologias e metodologias para inovar.

The time has come to rebuild Brazil.
In recent years, we have gone through the most challenging times in our recent history. After a global pandemic, natural disasters and the silencing of different peoples, it is urgent to reconnect with what unites us: our commitment to people and democracy.
Together, we can rebuild a country where public servants are true agents of change. Faced with increasingly complex realities, it is not enough to follow the same paths as always. It is necessary to innovate. This includes new forms of collaboration, experimentation and a better understanding of the differences present in our territories.
Innovative practice in the public service, with a transversal vision, is capable of transforming realities. Therefore, in 2023, we offer this invitation: reconnect to rebuild. A new connection that allows us to understand the differences, share ideas and learn new technologies and methodologies for innovation.
Reconnect to face public challenges, to rebuild a solid and representative democracy, committed to diversity and the environment. Reconnect to serve.
United, we can innovate to build a country that is more inclusive, sustainable and committed to democracy. A Brazil responsible for the future of all its people.
It has been eight editions promoting the discussion of ideas, the exchange of experiences, and a more disruptive mindset in public administration. In 2022, the Week was a call to action. With the theme "It's time to create," the event adopted a hybrid format, returning to in-person activities while still incorporating online programming. In 2021, still under the transformed reality of the pandemic, just like the 2020 edition, it was held virtually, free of charge, and interactive.
Since its inception, the Week has been growing in size and structure, fostering and disseminating a culture of innovation among public agents in Brazil and worldwide. The event fulfills its fundamental role of presenting trends and possibilities for the transformation of public organizations. Drawing from examples from around the world, we discuss how public servants and civic entrepreneurs can envision and build new possible futures.
