USE OF NAME, IMAGE AND VOICE OF PARTICIPANTS AND SPEAKERS
It is important to inform that, if you use a profile picture, video and/or sound, when participating in any activity of the 2021 Innovation Week, you automatically authorize the use of your name, image and voice, being aware that the record of the lecture may be available in any other means, including being available for public access. If you do not want your image, video and/or sound to be used, questions, comments or suggestions must be made in writing form in the lecture chat.
PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
When signing up, you provided Enap and/or its sponsors with some personal data. Importantly, we take care of your data and respect the Brazilian General Data Protection Law (as known as LGPD). Thus, we inform you that your data will be used for the exclusive purposes of statistical analysis of subscribers, issuing certificates, communicating with participants and sending kits to the gamification winners. In addition, we will also email notifications of the Innovation Week and its partners through the email address you have informed. This data will not be shared with third parties and, whenever applicable, will be anonymized. In case of any doubt, you can contact us at semanadeinovacao@enap.gov.br
